New black pole sets were introduced on May 6, 2019, for Bow Banners and Teardrop Banners, and on June 14, 2019, for Rectangle Flags. Prior to these dates, all flag poles were silver. Both the silver and black flag pole sets use slightly different templates. It's crucial to select the right template to ensure your Replacement Flag fits your pole set accurately. If unsure about your pole set, refer to the image gallery to distinguish between a silver and black pole set.

Our Replacement Flags are printed on our high-quality SignWeave™ polyester fabric. Single-sided Replacement Flags use a 120gsm SignWeave™ material, while double-sided Replacement Flags are printed on a special 145gsm Blockout SignWeave™ material and then sewn back to back.

Different manufacturers produce poles of varying sizes, so we cannot guarantee that our flags will fit other manufacturers' poles.

Yes, our pricing includes the setup cost for one design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size, you will still benefit from the lower bulk price. However, there's a small additional charge for each additional design to cover our extra setup costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required along with the total number of designs into the pricing calculator for an accurate price.

Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.
