We can complete your order in as little as 24 hours after receiving approval of the artwork proof:

• For quantities fewer than 16 units, production will take 24 hours (1 working day) after the artwork proof sign-off.

• For quantities between 16 and 40 units, production will be completed within 48 hours (2 working days) after the artwork proof sign-off, along with receipt of deposit if the total exceeds $3300.

• For quantities between 41 and 100 units, expect production to be finished within 3 working days after the artwork proof sign-off and receipt of deposit.

• For quantities exceeding 100 units, production will be finalized within 4 working days after the artwork proof sign-off and receipt of deposit.

While the banner stands are not specifically designed for outdoor use, some customers do opt to use them in outdoor settings. However, we do not recommend this practice due to the risk of wind catching the large banner. Nonetheless, we acknowledge that some customers choose to use them outdoors with caution, particularly in calm weather conditions.

We do not offer replacement of printed banners on existing Retractable Banner stands; instead, we provide new complete units. There are several reasons for this decision:

1. The labor cost involved in removing the old banner and installing a new one into the stand is prohibitively expensive.

2. Attempting to change banners may result in the destruction of some banner stands.

3. Many banner stands are in poor condition and not suitable for reuse.

4. Our competitive pricing for complete new units makes it a more practical and cost-effective option compared to replacing banners on existing units.

The printed banner in our Retractable Banners is composed of a robust 13oz. polyester material, coated with PVC to ensure vibrant prints. Additionally, it features a 250 x 250 denier blockout construction for enhanced durability and opacity.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.

Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.
