If the order total exceeds $3300, we require receipt of deposit before production begins. We exclusively provide new complete units rather than replacing printed banners on existing Retractable Banner stands. This decision is based on several factors:

• The high labor cost associated with removing the old banner and installing a new one into the stand.

• The risk of damaging the banner stands during the banner changeover process.

• Many banner stands are in suboptimal condition and not suitable for reuse.

• Our competitive pricing for complete new units makes it a more economical choice compared to replacing banners on existing units.

Although the Retractable Banner Stand is predominantly designed for indoor applications, we strongly caution against deploying it outdoors due to inherent risks. When exposed to windy conditions, these stands may become unstable and prone to tipping over, which can result in damage or tearing of the banner. Despite these potential issues, we acknowledge that certain customers may opt to use them outdoors, albeit with an awareness of the associated risks and precautions.

When you order a Retractable Banner that is 33” wide, it will be accompanied by a single pole positioned at the back to provide support. In contrast, if you opt for a wider Pull Up Banner measuring 47” across, you will receive two poles for added stability and support, necessary to accommodate the increased width of the banner.

The printed banner featured in our Retractable Banners is crafted from a durable 13oz. polyester material, enhanced with a PVC coating to ensure vivid and striking prints. This material boasts a 250 x 250 denier blockout construction, providing excellent opacity and preventing light from passing through, resulting in crisp, high-quality graphics that truly stand out.

Certainly, our pricing already incorporates the setup cost for a single design. If you have multiple designs for the same size, you will still benefit from the discounted bulk price. However, please note that there is a nominal additional charge for each extra design to offset our supplementary setup expenses. At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.

Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.
