Due to temporary mechanical issues, our lead times are extended. However, we expect to resume normal lead times by April 15, 2024. You can use the pricing calculator on our website for accurate production time estimates. Here's a breakdown of our usual production times:

• Less than $1101 inc GST: 24 hours after artwork proof sign off

• Less than $2201 inc GST: 48 hours after artwork proof sign off

• Less than $5501 inc GST: 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if over $3300 inc GST

• Less than $11,001 inc GST: 4 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit

Absolutely! We can cut labels into any shape you desire, from circles to unicorns. These custom shapes will be supplied kiss-cut on a sheet. Simply enter the maximum width and height of your shape in the instant pricing calculator on our website and select "Custom Contour" in the Cutting dropdown.

A quantity of 1 refers to just 1 label and not an entire sheet. You need to enter the total quantity required, and we will supply them on sheets accordingly.

Your labels will be supplied on A3 (420mm x 297mm) sheets. The number of stickers on each sheet will depend on their size.

Our Matte Synthetic Labels are waterproof and tear-resistant, made from a strong synthetic paper extruded from polypropylene pellets. The Gloss Paper Labels, however, are water-resistant but not ideal for extended submersion in water.

We can print and cut labels up to a maximum size of 290mm x 200mm.

Yes, our price includes the setup cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size, you will still benefit from the bulk price, but there will be a small additional charge for each extra design to cover our setup costs. Simply enter the total number of labels required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator on our website for an accurate price.

Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.
