These products are stocked, and orders placed and paid before 2pm AEST will be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEST will be dispatched the next working day.

Our Pole Sets are crafted from sturdy fiberglass and finished in a rough black texture rather than a polished silver coating. This rugged finish enhances durability, ensuring longevity whether used indoors or outdoors. Our poles are tailored for Australian conditions and come with a 2-year warranty.

While it's possible, we can only guarantee that our bases will fit our own poles.

Our Pole Sets are designed to accommodate standard Easy Signs Teardrop Banners, Bow Banners, and Rectangle Flags. You can find the actual sizes of the flags on the product web pages, including images in the gallery and downloadable artwork templates sized precisely to the flags.

Depending on your flag's size, you'll have a choice of up to three Heavy Duty Square Bases - 5 kg, 7 kg, and 10 kg. Lighter bases are less stable but more cost-effective and easier to handle and ship. For Medium, Large, and Jumbo flags, not all options may be available as smaller bases on these flags increase the risk of tipping. Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
