Please note: We do not print using white ink. Therefore, when selecting the Kraft finish, white elements will remain blank, showcasing the natural Kraft material look.

We offer production times based on the order value. Typically, orders can be produced within 24 to 6 working days after artwork proof sign off, depending on the order value.

Kraft stock is the classic brown cardboard, ideal for minimalist designs, while White Clay Coated stock offers vibrant colors with a semi-gloss finish outside and matte inside.

Both are available in Kraft and White Clay Coated stock. The main difference lies in the shape, with Flat Mailing Boxes suitable for smaller items and Custom Mailer Boxes used for various products, with options in E Flute and B Flute material.

These boxes come pre-creased for easy assembly. We provide an assembly guide for assistance.

The finish varies based on the material selected. Kraft boxes have a matte finish inside and outside, while White Clay Coat boxes have a semi-gloss finish outside and matte inside.

Printing directly onto brown cardboard alters colors. Lighter colors may appear almost transparent due to the natural color of the cardboard showing through.

We do not print white ink on Kraft boxes.

The tolerance for alignment is approximately 4mm.

No, these boxes are made from cardboard stock and are not waterproof.

Yes, there's a small multiple artwork charge for each additional design to cover setup costs. Simply input the total number of signs and designs into the pricing calculator for an accurate price.

Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
