Additionally, all these shapes can feature curved corners. If you prefer rounded corners, please specify the desired radius for the corners during the ordering process.

Customers have the flexibility to specify the radius of the rounded corners according to their sign design preferences. While we generally recommend a radius of 1 inch as suitable for most designs, customers can select a radius that best suits their specific requirements.

Signflute™ Signs are commonly ordered in sizes such as 18 inches, 24 inches, or 36 inches. However, it's essential to be aware that there may be a slight margin of error in the sign's actual size, typically around 3/8 inch. Consequently, your 36-inch Signflute™ sign may be cut to a width of 35 5/8 inches. Nonetheless, this slight variation in size is generally imperceptible to viewers of the sign.

The longevity of Signflute™ corrugated plastic signs is influenced by UV exposure. However, our latest generation Signflute™ material, coupled with advanced printing technology, offers a longer lifespan compared to lower-grade corrugated plastic materials available on the market. When placed outdoors and consistently exposed to UV, these signs can now last over 15 months, a notable improvement from the typical 12-month lifespan. When used indoors, their durability extends to several years.

Please inform us if you require a specific flute direction for your corrugated plastic sign. This information is crucial depending on how you intend to use the sign. For instance, if you plan to use metal stakes, vertical flutes are necessary to allow the spikes to slide into the flutes. On the other hand, if you're attaching the sign to a single vertical post or telegraph pole, horizontal flutes provide added strength and prevent the sign from bending around the pole. If no flute direction is specified, we will default to the direction that optimizes material usage.

Clear grommets represent the cutting-edge in grommet technology. Unlike traditional metal grommets, which could obscure the graphic on your sign and stand out prominently, clear grommets are transparent. This transparency allows you to see more of your graphic on the sign, as the clear grommets are barely noticeable. Despite their see-through nature, clear grommets are equally durable as metal grommets but are resistant to rust. Overall, signs adorned with clear grommets boast a significantly enhanced aesthetic appeal.

Our Signflute™ Corrugated Plastic material is imported, while Coroplast® Signs are made from the authentic Coroplast® corrugated plastic product manufactured in North America. Both materials undergo printing on our HP R2000 Latex printers at our Pennsylvania manufacturing warehouse, utilizing the same inks and printing process.

Coroplast® material offers a 30% longer lifespan compared to the imported product. We anticipate Coroplast® Signs to endure for up to 2 years, whereas Signflute™ Corrugated Plastic Signs are expected to last between 12 to 15 months, contingent upon the extent of UV exposure they encounter.

The maximum sheet size available is 47.5” x 47.5”. Nevertheless, we have the capability to accommodate any sign size you need by utilizing multiple sheets.

Certainly! Our pricing includes the setup cost for one design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size, you'll still benefit from the lower bulk price. However, please note that there will be a small additional charge for each extra design to cover our setup costs. Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.
