Unfortunately, we're currently experiencing extended lead times due to mechanical issues. However, once resolved, production times will resume as follows:

• Orders under $1101 inc GST: 24 hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign-off

• Orders under $2201 inc GST: 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign-off

• Orders under $5501 inc GST: 3 working days after artwork proof sign-off and receipt of deposit if over $3300 inc GST

• Orders under $11,001 inc GST: 4 working days after artwork proof sign-off and receipt of deposit

Our Brochures are printed on the HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press, ensuring high-quality prints with sophisticated color automation for accuracy and consistency.

At this stage, we only offer standard sizes and configurations. However, we plan to expand the range of brochures offered in the future.

Brochures are printed, creased, and folded, ready to use. A4 Brochures are an A3 sheet creased in the middle and folded in half, A5 Brochures are an A4 sheet creased in the middle and folded in half, and DL Tri-folded Brochures are an A4 sheet with 2 creases folded inwards into 3 DL pages.

We print brochures on bright white, A2 quality coated paper with outstanding color reproduction, proudly made and FSC certified by Hankuk Paper.

The Matte Paper has a small amount of sheen, resembling a silk finish.

We do not offer lamination for brochures. They are printed on high-quality stock with either a matte or gloss finish.

Brochures are carefully packed in heavy-duty boxes to ensure safe arrival.

Coated paper provides superior print quality to uncoated papers, ensuring sharp images and text.

We do not offer traditional lithographic offset printing. However, our HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press matches or exceeds offset quality, allowing prints to be used interchangeably.

Yes, the setup fees for a single design are included in our pricing. There is a tiny multiple artwork charge charged for each additional design to cover our additional set up costs, but you will still receive the lower bulk price if you have numerous designs for the same size. We can let you know after you place your order if there are going to be any extra artwork set up fees.

At the moment we only offer pickup from our warehouse in Kings Park , NSW. We cn however arrange shipping for you , if you contact our staff we can also discuss available shipping options for your order and pass on the shipping costs to you.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
